Terms and Conditions

Order
- To order, simply email the product code (with colour indication) and quantity to : dpubstuff@gmail.com. We will confirm your order within 3 working days via email.

Payment
- We accept payment via ATM transfer to our POSB account. Account number will be given when we confirmed your order through email.

Shipping
For Local Orders
- $3.00 (flat rate) applies for Normal mail within Singapore.
- Please add in an additional $2.24 should you opt for Registered Mail (advisable as we are not responsible for any lost of mail).
- Orders will only be mailed out after full payment have been received.
- Shipping will take approximately 3 - 4 weeks (depending on stock availability & arrival of shipment)

For International Orders
- Postage will be charged according to rates stated in http://www.singpost.com.sg/quick_services/quicks_03postal_02overseas01.htm

Exchange & Refund
- All sales are final when we confirmed your order through email.
- Refund will only be made if payment has been made for an "Out of Stock" item.
